Products

What proxy products do you offer?

We offer premium ISP, datacenter, IPv6, residential, unlimited residential, and mobile proxies. Each product is built for different needs, from fast automation and scraping to long sessions, location targeting, and large-scale data.

Which proxy type is best for me?

ISP proxies for stable, long-lived sessions on a static IP. Datacenter or IPv6 for raw speed and bulk requests. Residential or mobile when you need the cleanest possible IPs. Unlimited residential when volume matters more than per-GB cost.

What are ISP proxies?

Static IPs hosted on tier-1 ISP networks, so they carry residential trust at datacenter speed. You keep the same IP for as long as you hold it, with 10 Gbps throughput and low fraud scores, from $3 per IP.

How are datacenter proxies different?

They run on our own hardware rather than consumer lines, which makes them the fastest and cheapest option we sell. The pool is 5,000 IPs across the USA and France, rotating or sticky, from $7.5 per day.

What are residential proxies used for?

Real consumer IPs — 86M+ of them across 150+ countries — for work that has to look like ordinary browsing: scraping, price monitoring, ad verification, and anything geo-sensitive. Billed per GB, from $3.

Do you offer rotating and sticky sessions?

Yes. Datacenter, residential, unlimited residential, and mobile proxies all support both: take a new IP on every request, or hold one for the length of a session. ISP proxies are static by design.

Which products support location targeting?

Residential and mobile cover 150+ countries, and unlimited residential covers 100+, all with country-level targeting. Datacenter and IPv6 proxies are available in the USA and France.

Setup

How quickly can I get started?

Under sixty seconds. Create an account, pick a product, and your credentials are waiting in the dashboard. No credit card is required to sign up and look around.

How do I authenticate?

Either with user:password credentials or by whitelisting your own IP addresses. IPv6 proxies use user:password. Both are managed from the dashboard and can be changed at any time.

Which protocols do you support?

HTTPS and SOCKS5 across the range, with UDP additionally available on datacenter and IPv6 proxies.

What does a proxy endpoint look like?

host:port:username:password. Copy a single endpoint from the dashboard, or export the whole list as a text file to paste straight into your tool.

Will these work with my scraper or bot?

If it accepts an HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy, yes. Scrapy, Puppeteer, Playwright, curl, and the usual anti-detect browsers and automation suites all take our endpoints as-is.

How many concurrent connections can I run?

IPv6 proxies run unlimited threads. The other products carry a per-plan limit that suits normal workloads — if you are planning something heavier, support can raise it.

Is there an API?

Yes. Generate endpoints, rotate IPs, and pull your current list programmatically using the API key in your dashboard.

Locations

Which countries can I target?

150+ countries on residential and mobile, and 100+ on unlimited residential. The United States, China, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom hold our deepest pools.

How many IPs are available per country?

It varies by pool: 4,123,546 in the United States, 4,045,614 in China, 3,942,667 in Canada, and over 1.2 million in the smaller markets. The locations page lists every country with its current count.

Can I target a specific city or region?

Country-level targeting is available on every geo-enabled product. City and region targeting can be enabled on residential plans — ask support and we will switch it on for your account.

Where are datacenter and IPv6 proxies hosted?

Both are available in the USA and France. If you need a static IP somewhere else, ISP and residential proxies cover far more ground.

Does the location I pick affect speed?

Yes — the closer the pool sits to your target, the lower the latency. Datacenter and ISP proxies reach 10 Gbps, while residential and mobile speeds depend on the consumer line behind the IP.

Can I switch country without buying a new plan?

Yes. Change the country from the dashboard or in your endpoint, and your plan and remaining balance carry over untouched.

Sessions

What is the difference between rotating and sticky sessions?

A rotating endpoint hands you a different IP on every request, which suits crawling and bulk collection. A sticky endpoint holds one IP so that logins, carts, and multi-step flows survive.

How long can a sticky session last?

Up to thirty minutes on residential and mobile, for as long as the underlying line stays online. Datacenter sticky sessions hold longer, and ISP proxies never rotate at all.

How do I keep the same IP across requests?

Use a sticky endpoint with a session ID in the username, and every request carrying that ID lands on the same IP. For sessions measured in days rather than minutes, use ISP proxies.

What happens if a session drops?

On a rotating endpoint you simply get a fresh IP on the next request. On a sticky endpoint, reuse the same session ID and you will be reconnected to the same IP while it is still available.

Are there limits on concurrent sessions?

IPv6 proxies are unlimited. Everything else scales with your plan, and support can lift the ceiling if your workload needs it.

Do sessions count against my bandwidth?

On per-GB products you pay for the traffic you move, not for how long a session stays open or how many you run. Unlimited residential and per-day datacenter plans are not metered at all.

Billing

How is pricing calculated?

Three ways, depending on the product: per IP for ISP and IPv6, per GB for residential and mobile, and per day for datacenter and unlimited residential. Every price is listed on the product itself.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major cards and crypto. Both settle immediately, so your plan is active as soon as the payment clears.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. Creating an account and exploring the dashboard costs nothing — you only enter payment details when you buy a plan.

Can I switch products or plans later?

Yes. Move between products, or up and down between plans, from the dashboard whenever you like. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Will I be charged automatically?

Only if you turn auto-renew on. Left off, a plan simply ends when its period does, and your dashboard and history stay accessible.

What happens when I run out of traffic?

Requests stop rather than quietly running up a bill. Top up from the dashboard and the same credentials start working again straight away.

Can I get an invoice for my team?

Every purchase generates an invoice in your dashboard, and larger accounts can be billed annually against a single one. Talk to support and we will set it up.

Security

Do you log my traffic?

We do not inspect or retain the contents of what you send through the network. We keep only what billing and abuse handling require.

Where do your residential IPs come from?

From an opt-in network of users who agree to share their connection and are compensated for it. Anyone can leave the network at any time.

Can I lock my proxies to my own IP?

Yes. Whitelist the addresses you connect from and the credentials will only work from there, on its own or alongside user:password authentication.

How clean are the IPs?

ISP proxies sit on tier-1 networks with low fraud scores, and residential and mobile IPs are genuine consumer lines. Addresses that pick up a bad reputation are retired from the pool.

Can I rotate my credentials?

Regenerate your proxy password or API key from the dashboard at any time. The previous one stops working the moment you do.

What am I not allowed to use the proxies for?

Anything illegal: fraud, credential stuffing, denial-of-service traffic, spam, and abuse of any kind. Accounts found doing it are closed, as set out in our terms.
