Who Operates Proxies.fo
Proxies.fo is the website, dashboard, API, and related tools at proxies.fo, app.proxies.fo, and api.proxies.fo. The operator is Zentrix Data, a licensed company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms govern your use of that platform and the proxy access sold through it.
Binding Agreement
By visiting the site, creating an account, paying for a plan, or using credentials, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy (https://proxies.fo/acceptable-use-policy), the Privacy Policy (https://proxies.fo/privacy), and the Refund Policy (https://proxies.fo/refund-policy). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Proxies.fo for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. These documents together are the entire agreement for the service, unless we sign a separate written reseller or enterprise contract with you.
Eligibility
You may use Proxies.fo only if all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
- You are using the service for a lawful business or professional purpose.
- You are not barred from receiving the service under UAE law or the law of your country.
- You are not on a sanctions list, and you will not use the service for a sanctioned person, entity, or territory.
Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for every action taken with your login, dashboard session, API tokens, and generated proxy credentials.
- Keep passwords, one-time codes, and credentials confidential.
- Turn on extra account security when it is available.
- Do not share an account. Each customer needs their own login unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Email contact@proxies.fo immediately if you think the account was compromised.
We may suspend an account that looks compromised, unpaid, or abusive.
The Service
Proxies.fo sells proxy access (including ISP, datacenter, IPv6, residential, unlimited residential, mobile, and shared ISP products when listed) and a dashboard to generate and manage credentials. Inventory, countries, protocols, and speeds depend on what is shown at checkout and what the network can deliver at that time.
The service is not:
- A guaranteed connection to any particular third-party website or app.
- A contractual uptime SLA. Marketing uptime figures are operational targets, not warranties.
- Legal advice, anonymity insurance, or a way to break another company’s rules.
- A promise that we keep zero logs. We may keep technical metadata needed to operate, bill, and investigate abuse.
Features, hosts, ports, and catalog items can change. We will give reasonable notice where we can when a change affects a paid plan you already have.
Plans and Fair Use
What you buy is what the checkout screen describes: product family, volume or bandwidth, location options, and term. Metered plans consume the allowance you purchased. Unused volume follows the validity shown on the plan or in the dashboard.
“Unlimited” or unmetered plans are still subject to fair use, network integrity, and the Acceptable Use Policy. We may throttle, migrate, or suspend a line that harms the pool, saturates a shared path, or looks like resale or abuse.
Payments and Renewals
You pay the price shown at checkout using the methods we display in the dashboard (for example card and any other rails we enable). You authorize that charge.
- You are responsible for bank fees, network fees, and any VAT or local tax that applies to you.
- Promo codes and credits follow the rules shown when they are issued. They are not cash.
- If a plan is sold as a subscription, it renews at the end of the billing cycle unless you cancel in the dashboard or by emailing contact@proxies.fo before the renewal.
- A failed payment can interrupt access immediately.
- We may change future subscription prices with reasonable notice; the new price applies on the next cycle if you stay subscribed.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled under the Refund Policy.
Cryptocurrency payments, if offered, are usually irreversible once the network confirms them.
Credentials and Traffic
Generated usernames, passwords, hosts, and ports are for your account only. You must not publish them, sell them, or embed them in public repos. If credentials leak, rotate them and contact us.
You are solely responsible for the traffic sent through your credentials: destinations, payloads, frequency, and whether that traffic is lawful and allowed by the destination. We do not review every request in real time. We may log technical metadata needed to operate, bill, and investigate abuse.
Third-Party Sites
Proxying does not give you extra rights on someone else’s service. You must follow that site’s terms, robots rules, and applicable law. Blocks, CAPTCHAs, bans, or failed logins on a target are not a defect in Proxies.fo by themselves.
Acceptable Use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. A material breach is a breach of these Terms. Report abuse to abuse@proxies.fo.
Resale
You may not resell Proxies.fo access, share credentials with paying third parties, or white-label the service unless we have approved a reseller account or signed a written agreement. Approved resellers must still enforce the Acceptable Use Policy on their customers.
Intellectual Property
The Proxies.fo name, site, dashboard, documentation, and marks are owned by Zentrix Data or its licensors. You get a limited, revocable license to use the service for your account. You do not get ownership of IP pools, software, or marks.
Feedback you send may be used to improve the product without paying you. You keep ownership of your own content (for example support tickets), and you grant us a license to use it to operate the service.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you have:
- Broken these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Failed to pay, charged back without cause, or used a stolen payment method.
- Created risk for the network, other customers, or a provider.
- Become ineligible under the eligibility rules above.
You may stop using the service at any time. Unused prepaid value is handled under the Refund Policy. We may keep records needed for billing, security, and law.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentrix Data disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a proxy will reach a given target, that an IP will stay assigned, or that the network will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentrix Data and Proxies.fo are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; or business interruption, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for all claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected plan in the three months before the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing, except where the law forbids a cap.
You will defend and indemnify Zentrix Data and its staff against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your traffic, your content, your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of third-party rights or law.
We are not liable for events outside reasonable control, including provider outages, upstream IP withdrawals, payment-network failures, war, sanctions, or infrastructure faults.
Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts in Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
Before filing a claim, email contact@proxies.fo and give us a reasonable chance to resolve it. Nothing here limits a right you cannot waive under mandatory law.
General
- If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
- You may not assign the agreement without our consent. We may assign it in a reorganization or sale.
- Headings are for reading only.
- We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update is acceptance. For a material change to a prepaid plan, we will try to notify the email on the account.
