Refund Policy

Introduction

Proxies.fo is owned and operated by Zentrix Data, a licensed company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy controls refunds, credits, and payment disputes.

What This Covers

This policy applies to plans and proxy access bought on Proxies.fo / app.proxies.fo, and to any credit we issue when a plan was not delivered as provisioned. It sits with the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy. Payment processors may impose extra rules we cannot override.

No Blanket Money-Back

Proxies.fo does not advertise a fixed “X-day money-back guarantee.” Proxy access is provisioned against live inventory and usage. A change of mind after credentials work, or a block on a third-party site, is not an automatic refund.

When We Refund or Credit

If we fail to deliver the service described at checkout because of a problem on our side — for example the proxy cannot connect or cannot make requests through our network — we will try to fix it first (replace credentials, move inventory, restore access). If we cannot remediate in a reasonable time, we may refund or credit the unused portion, consistent with the payment method and processor rules.

A target website blocking you, showing a CAPTCHA, or banning an IP is a third-party decision. That alone does not qualify.

How Money Comes Back

Approved returns may go back through the original payment method or as account credit. We will not refund the same value twice. Bank or network fees already taken by a third party may not be recoverable.

Crypto

If you paid in cryptocurrency, the transfer is typically irreversible after network confirmation. If we approve a return, we may issue account credit or a processor refund where that is possible. Exchange-rate movement between pay-in and pay-out is not something we make you whole for unless we caused the original failure.

Chargebacks

Email contact@proxies.fo before you dispute a charge with the card issuer or a crypto rail. Opening a chargeback while a good-faith review is available may freeze the account, pause credentials, and let us share order and usage records with the processor. Confirmed friendly fraud can end the account without a refund.

When Charges Stay

We may refuse a cash refund or limit you to (or deny) credit when:

  • Usage has been consumed or credentials were delivered and used.
  • The destination site blocked you, challenged you, or banned an IP.
  • You no longer want a working service (buyer’s remorse).
  • You asked for a custom location or size that we provisioned as requested.
  • A promo or trial credit is what you want cashed out.
  • The Acceptable Use Policy was broken, or we reasonably suspect it was.
  • The payment looks stolen, sanctioned, or otherwise high-risk.

Plans and Renewals

Cancelling auto-renew stops future charges; it does not by itself cash out unused days or gigabytes. Unused volume follows the validity shown on the plan. We may hold a balance to cover a pending dispute or a confirmed AUP loss.

Policy Violations

If we suspend or terminate for an Acceptable Use breach, unused time and unused volume are generally forfeited, especially where the network or a provider took a penalty.

How to Request a Review

Email contact@proxies.fo from the account email. Include:

  • Account email and order or payment reference.
  • What checkout promised, what you received, and when it failed.
  • Timestamps, target hostnames you can share, and error text — never live proxy passwords.
  • Whether you want remediation, credit, or a cash return if one is possible.

We may ask for more detail before we decide. Opening a ticket does not pause usage you continue to send.
